About Wusool
One governed home for the data your reports depend on
Wusool gives BI and data teams one place to define what their data means, so every report, dashboard, and export uses the same values. You define your dimensions once, and everyone works from the same governed list.
A Danish company, built in Copenhagen.
The name
What Wusool means
Wusool
Arrival, and access
It is what a team gets when its data is governed. People reach numbers they trust, and everyone works from the same definitions. The name carries the goal, shared access to one agreed version of the numbers that holds across every system.
The story
Why we built it
Most data teams keep the same list in three or four places. Region in the CRM, Region in the warehouse, Region in the finance spreadsheet. The lists drift by one entry, a spelling, or a capitalisation. Every quarter close, someone spends hours reconciling them, the report slips, and it happens again the next quarter.
We watched analysts take the blame for numbers that did not reconcile, when the real problem sat upstream in ungoverned master data.
So we built the place that fixes it. Define the values once, govern who can change them, and let every downstream system reference the same list.
The road ahead
Where we are
Wusool is free to use today. A small team can govern its master data, run a workbook, and export clean values without paying. A paid Planning suite with Metrics, Targets, and Scenarios is coming next, for teams that plan around their governed data. The waitlist is how to hear about it first.
Free is live. The Planning suite is on the way.
