Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign in using Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google's authentication service. We do not access your Google account beyond what is needed to identify you and create your account.

When you use Wusool, we collect the data you enter into the product, such as dimensions, workbook values, workspace settings, and similar content.

We also collect usage information such as log data, browser type, IP address, pages visited, and actions taken within the app. This helps us understand how the product is used and improve it.

We record when you last signed in and when you were last active in the product. Workspace administrators can see this information for members of their workspace, for example to manage seats and access.

If a workspace administrator invites you to Wusool, we process your name and email address before you have an account, solely to send and manage that invitation.

We use your data to provide and operate the Wusool service, communicate with you about your account, respond to support requests, and improve the product.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your workspace data to train machine learning models.

When you join the Wusool paid-tier waitlist — either from the marketing site or from inside the app — we collect your email address, the time of signup, and your IP address. We use this data solely to send you a one-time confirmation email and to notify you when early access opens. We will not send marketing email beyond that unless you separately opt in.

We retain waitlist data for up to six months from the date you joined, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the confirmation email, which removes your entry from the list permanently.

Waitlist data is processed by Supabase (database storage, hosted in the EU) and Resend (transactional email delivery). Neither processor uses your data for purposes beyond fulfilling the service.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your waitlist entry at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@wusool.app with the subject line 'Waitlist data request'.

You can sign in to Wusool using your Google account. When you do, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us. We use this information only to create and identify your account. We do not access any other Google data, and we do not store your Google credentials.

Wusool also offers an optional integration that allows you to export your data to Google BigQuery. To enable this, you can connect your Google account using OAuth. We will ask for permission to access your BigQuery projects and datasets.

We use this BigQuery access solely to write data you have configured for export. We do not read, store, or process any existing data in your BigQuery account. We only write to the destination you select.

You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your workspace settings. When you disconnect, we immediately stop sending data and remove your stored access tokens.

We use a small number of trusted third-party services (subprocessors) to operate Wusool. These providers only process your data as needed to provide their service to us:

Supabase — database and authentication, hosted in the EU. Cloudflare — application hosting and network infrastructure. Resend — transactional email delivery, such as invitations and waitlist confirmations. Google — for sign-in authentication (if you use Google Sign In) and for BigQuery export (if you choose to connect that optional integration).

We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Wusool and its users.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. We limit access to your data to employees and systems that need it to operate the service.

No system is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

You can access, update, or delete the personal data in your account at any time through your account settings. You can also request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by contacting us directly.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to object to certain processing and the right to data portability.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not currently use third-party analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email or in the product.
