What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. When you use Wusool, we collect the data you enter into the product, such as dimensions, manual input values, workspace settings, and similar content.
We also collect usage information such as log data, browser type, IP address, pages visited, and actions taken within the app. This helps us understand how the product is used and improve it.
How we use your data
We use your data to provide and operate the Wusool service, communicate with you about your account, respond to support requests, and improve the product.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your workspace data to train machine learning models.
Google OAuth and BigQuery access
Wusool offers an optional integration that allows you to export your data to Google BigQuery. To enable this, you can connect your Google account using OAuth. We will ask for permission to access your BigQuery projects and datasets.
We use this access solely to write data you have configured for export. We do not read, store, or process any existing data in your BigQuery account. We only write to the destination you select.
You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your workspace settings. When you disconnect, we immediately stop sending data and remove your stored access tokens.
Data sharing
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate Wusool, including cloud infrastructure, authentication, and analytics providers. These providers only process your data as needed to provide their service to us.
We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Wusool and its users.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.
Security
We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. We limit access to your data to employees and systems that need it to operate the service.
No system is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Your rights
You can access, update, or delete the personal data in your account at any time through your account settings. You can also request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by contacting us directly.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to object to certain processing and the right to data portability.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the product is used. We do not use cookies for advertising.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email or in the product.
