By creating an account or using Wusool, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Wusool is a software service that helps BI teams and companies input and manage manual data under governance controls. The service includes tools for dimensions, manual input, data connections, and workspace settings. You use Wusool to structure data, assign owners, and keep your BI inputs organized.

When you sign up, we create an account and a workspace for you. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity in your workspace. Each workspace can have multiple users. Workspace admins control roles and access. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

You may not use Wusool for illegal activity or to violate any laws. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data without permission, or use the service in a way that harms others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

We store and process your data to provide the service. Our privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Wusool, you consent to that processing. You retain ownership of the content you upload.

Wusool, its design, and its software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited license to use the service as described in these terms. You own the data and content you create in Wusool. We do not claim ownership of your workspace data.

Wusool is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or for other reasons with notice where required. When your account ends, your access stops. We may retain some data as needed for legal or operational purposes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Wusool is operated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
