Wusool is free while we build toward the product your team needs. When paid plans launch, we will give existing users plenty of notice and a clear path. There is no risk in starting now.
The planning suite
Planning turns your governed dimensions into an FP&A layer. You measure what matters, set the numbers you are aiming for, and compare the plan against what actually happened.
Metrics
What you measure
Define the KPIs your team plans around, like revenue, headcount, cost, and churn. Each metric ties to your governed dimensions and belongs to the team that owns it. Set the unit once, whether currency, count, percent, or time, so every plan and report speaks the same language.
Targets
The numbers you aim for
Set targets by period and by dimension breakdown across region, product, and department. Version history, multi-step approvals, and delegated ownership keep every target agreed, traceable, and locked down. Enter cell values by hand or compute them.
Scenarios
Plan against reality, across periods
Plan in versions like Budget, Forecast, and Actuals for each fiscal period. Lock a scenario to freeze it during close, compare your plan against actuals, and promote this year’s actuals into next year’s budget in one step.

- No. Create your account and start building your first dimension immediately.
- What does the paid Planning suite add?
- Three things on top of Free. Metrics define the KPIs you plan around. Targets set the numbers you aim for, by period and dimension. Scenarios hold your Budget, Forecast, and Actuals for each period. Pricing is not set yet, so join the waitlist and we will tell you first.
- Is the free plan going away?
- No. Wusool is free now and stays free. When paid plans launch, we will announce them to existing users first and give everyone time to decide. Your data stays yours regardless.
- What counts as a user?
- Anyone who can log in to your Wusool workspace. You can deactivate users who no longer need access at any time.
- How many people can use the free plan?
- Up to 3 users share a free workspace, enough to run the full requester, approver, admin loop. The paid Planning suite adds your whole team.
- Is my data secure?
- Your dimension data lives in an isolated workspace. We use Supabase for authentication and database management, with row-level security enforced on every request. No other workspace can read your data.
